Regional, unprocessed products from natural, ecological origin: This makes our cuisine a culinary delight! Inspired by Romanian, Armenian and Hungarian cuisine, our cook Brigitta indulges our guests on a daily basis!
Whether it is the famous homemade aubergine cream for breakfast, fresh trout grilled over the fire, a hearty Romanian “Csiorba” or the Hungarian stuffed Easter lamb, Brigitta prepares all her delicacies with a lot of love and devotion.
Our meat comes from sheeps and cows, which have roamed the wide and juicy mountain meadows, enjoying absolute freedom. Our cheese, eggs and vegetables are provided by local farmers and are hand selected on the weekly farmers market. Brigitta obtains the fish from the local fishery in the valley down below and the game products from the Carpathian forests.
And of course, we like to use everything that mother nature provides for us right around our ranch: Fresh chanterelles, porcini mushrooms, wild herbs, blueberries and cranberries will be included in your daily menu!
